Measurement

For partnership leaders
Sponsorship is becoming a measurable growth channel.
The next generation of partnership teams will connect live activation signals to the outcomes leaders care about.
Measure what changes the business
Impressions still have a role, but they cannot be the complete story. Partnership leaders need a shared scorecard that connects audience response, activation performance, commercial movement, and relationship value to the priorities that sit on the executive agenda.
Start with a decision, not a dashboard
Define the decision each metric must support: renew, expand, adjust an activation, or redeploy budget. When measurement is designed around decisions, teams spend less time reporting backward and more time improving the partnership while it is still live.
The result is a clear operating rhythm: agree on the outcomes, collect the signals that explain them, and revisit the plan with partners often enough to act.
