Partnership Strategy

For partnership leaders
The strongest partnerships begin with clear commercial alignment.
Use a shared evaluation framework before negotiations start to make every conversation more productive.
Evaluate fit before negotiation
Strong opportunities earn their place by aligning with a specific audience, commercial objective, market moment, and activation path. A clear evaluation framework keeps a compelling property from becoming an expensive distraction.
Use four lenses
Score audience overlap, strategic relevance, activation potential, and measurable commercial value. The purpose is not to eliminate judgement; it is to make the judgement visible, comparable, and useful to everyone involved in the decision.
When stakeholders agree on these lenses before a meeting, negotiations can move from preference to evidence and from vague ambition to a deal structure with a real job to do.
